Academic staff must submit a full disclosure of their Outside Activities, appointments, and affiliations, even if unpaid.

Request Pre-Approval
New outside activities by faculty and staff require prior approval from the home department Unit Executive Officer (UEO) prior to engaging in the activities.
A request for Pre-Approval can be submitted anytime. The Request for Pre-Approval will round to the academic staff member's home department UEO.
